Introduction
The merchant settings page provides you with the functionality to customise your store details and add enhancements that showcase your company to customers. This ranges from viewing a set currency based on your login credentials and editing your merchant name on pay by links so that customers can identify you with greater ease.
The next sections will detail how to make adjustments to your store from the 'Settings' page of Total Control 3. If you're having issues with your merchant settings, please reach out to support@totalprocessing.com and a member of the Support Team will be in touch to help.
Company Logo Settings
When your merchant account and its subsequent channels are onboarded with Total Processing, the logo for your merchant account will default to the Total Processing image to showcase to customers who you are. This can be in the form of a pay by link or an email. To change the merchant logo that is displayed to your customers, follow the steps below.

Part 1: Changing Your Merchant Company Logo
This section will walk you through changing your Logo at a merchant level. Please note, once this is changed, your customer company logo will appear on pay by link emails instead of the default Total Processing logo
- Go to the navigation bar and click 'Settings'.
- On the 'Merchant Settings' tab, input your merchant name by searching for it in the 'Merchant' field.
- Next, click on the 'Upload a Logo' field and include the image you would like to use as your company logo. See the image below as an example.
Please note, if you change your logo at merchant level, this will automatically update all of your channel's with the logo. If you require different logos per channel, click 'Next' to go to 'Part 2: Changing Channel Company Logos'.

Part 2: Changing Your Channel Company Logos
This section will walk you through changing your Logo at a channel level. Please note, once this is changed, your customer company logo will appear on pay by link emails instead of the default Total Processing logo for the particular channel updated.
- Go to the navigation bar and click 'Settings'.
- On the 'Channel Settings' tab, input your channel name by searching for it in the 'Channel' field.
- Next, click on the 'Upload a Logo' field and include the image you would like to use as your company logo for customers. See the image below as an example.
Please note, once this has been updated for a particular channel, the customised image will only be applied to that channel. To update another channel, simply repeat this process with your other channel name.

- Go to the navigation bar and click 'Settings'.
- On the 'Merchant Settings' tab, input your merchant name by searching for it in the 'Merchant' field.
- Next, in the 'Company Name' field, enter the company you would like to be included for all future pay by links and emails to the customer.

- Next, in the 'Company Name' field, enter the company you would like to be included for all future pay by links and emails to the customer.
