Existing Customers It's imperative to migrate to the new versions by 14 August 2023. The process is straightforward, and you can find detailed migration guidance here.
New Customers Continue with the integration instructions below to ensure you're utilizing the latest and most compatible version.
Shopify Plus Users Mainly, regular Shopify users will be affected by these updates. If you're a Plus user, features or terms might vary. Please contact Wallee for specific details.

Account Requirements & Credentials
Setting up Wallee on your Shopify store requires a few steps to ensure compatibility, security, and efficiency. This section will guide you through the necessary requirements and credentials.
Account Setup
Integrating Wallee with Shopify requires specific credentials and prerequisites. This section will guide you through the necessary steps.
Wallee Merchant Account This account is provided to the merchant by email by the Total Processing support team.
Entity ID & Access Token Essential credentials to connect your Shopify store with the Total Processing gateway through Wallee. They are crucial for the setup phase, ensuring a seamless and secure connection.
Shopify Store Account The merchant should ensure that they have a 'Store Owner' account on the Shopify platform before having an account requested with Total Processing. Make sure that you have alset set up your store on the Shopify platform successfully. This includes (but not limited to) setting up your store's URL(s) and store account(s). If you need assistance, you will need to reach out to Shopify support.
Wallee Requirements
To achieve a successful integration with Shopify using Wallee, ensure the following requirements are met:
Supported Countries Ensure that Wallee supports the regions and countries you plan to operate in. Familiarize yourself with Wallee's geographical availability.
Accepted Currencies Ensure your business caters to the preferred payment methods of your target audience. Some of the accepted and non-accepted methods include:

Visa card payment processing allows merchants to accept electronic payments from customers using their Visa branded debit, credit, and prepaid cards. Integration with Wallee provides a secure and convenient payment option.

This integration allows merchants to securely accept payments from customers using their Mastercard debit and credit cards, streamlining the checkout process.

Not Accepted
At this time, it's not possible to integrate alternative payment methods through Wallee and Total Processing gateway for Shopify transactions. However, you can offer these payment options by adding them as "Additional Payment Methods" in Shopify.
'Additional Payment Methods' are managed by Shopify and the respective companies. Total Processing doesn't manage these. For support, contact Shopify.

Accessing Wallee Administration
Prior to using the Wallee portal, the Total Processing Support Team will provide you with administration credentials. Once received, log into your Wallee Administration Account. https://opp.app-wallee.com. Once logged in, locate your 'Space' that you will be using for taking payments.
Linking Shopify and Wallee
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the bottom left hand side of the page scroll and then click 'Features'. Scroll down to Shopify Payment App. Click 'Enable' next to the icon. Once the page refreshes, please click on 'Configure' next to the same Shopify Payment App icon.
You will now be directed to your integration page to connect your Shopify store. Click 'Connect Shopify Store'. You will now need to select 'OPP - Card Offsite' as the connection and enter your Shopify store domain. For example, if your store is called: https://www.MelisaHikingBoots.myshopify.com, simply enter MelisaHikingBoots here. Next, click 'Connect Shopify Store'.
Setting payment methods in Shopify
You will now be directed to your Shopify store, into the 'OPP - Card Offsite' connection details page. Please enable 'Mastercard' and 'Visa' from the listing and click 'Activate'. Please continue to step 2 to start configuring payments in Wallee.
Wallee V2 Updates & Integration Guidance
Ensure you're using the latest version of the Wallee integration for Shopify by August 14, 2023, to comply with the updated payment provider requirements.
Manage Shopify Settings
Log into your Shopify store as the owner. Navigate to 'Settings' > Payments.
Under the 'Payments' title, click on 'Manage' next to 'Credit and Debit Cards' (See referenced image). Select 'Deactivate Credit and Debit Cards' and confirm.
