Total Control User Management
Total Processing is committed to providing privacy and security for all users who access the Total Control platform. Because of this, uses are given a user role which determines their access to specific areas within the platform.

User Roles and Access Types
The sections below provide an understanding of the types of roles offered within the Total Control platform. You will also be shown the restrictions and accessibility of Total Control depending on a given role.

High Level Access
High Level access users are generally directors or managers of a store. With High Level access, all areas within the Total Control platform can be viewed. See the chart below to understand all accessible areas for High Level users.

Medium Level Access

Low Level Access
Low Level access users are those members who will generally only be taking payments, whether that is from the e-Terminal or through pay by links. See the chart below to understand all accessible areas for Medium Level users.

Adding & Updating Users
Total Control offers an easy solution to perform various tasks associated with user management. Use the drop-down arrows below to expand the following lists to effectively update users.

Please note, the following actions will only be available for use by a user with High Level access permissions. When setting up new users, please ensure you have chosen the correct mode. This can be Live or Test mode.
- Log in to your Total Control dashboard and navigate to the 'Users' section within the navigation bar.
- Click on the 'Add User' icon.
- Fill in the required fields and click 'Add User'.

Please note, the following actions will only be available for use by a user with High Level access permissions. Additionally, please ensure you have chosen the correct mode. This can be Live or Test mode.
- Log in to your Total Control dashboard and navigate to the 'Users' section within the navigation bar.
- Next, use the search features at the top of the page to locate the associated user.
- Finally, use the 'Access Level' drop-down list to choose the permission to set up on the user's profile. Once saved, the updates will be made immediately.

Please note, the following actions will only be available for use by a user with High Level access permissions. Additionally, please ensure you have chosen the correct mode. This can be Live or Test mode.
- Log in to your Total Control dashboard and navigate to the 'Users' section within the navigation bar.
- Next, use the 'Report' drop-down list to choose the 'Approval Report'.
- Finally, place a tick into the 'Reset Password' field and then click on the 'Reset Password' icon. The user affected will shortly receive an email to reset their password.

Disabling a user profile is a feature which can only be processed by the Total Processing support team. When sending a request to our support team for the disabling of a user, if you are not a High Level Access user and/or manager, you will need to have approval before these actions can be performed. Use the User Management Request Form to raise this to Total processing.
