The Total Control 3 dashboard serves to provide you with a near real-time view of all of your transactions. View current transactions taken for the day or get a view of specific transactions over a period of time.

Real-Time Data

After logging into your Total Control dashboard, you will be able to review data in real-time, taken under the 'Today' section. Review the information below for further understanding of each widget.

  • Example: Real Time Figures

Total Transactions A count of all transactions that have been placed at the time of viewing the dashboard.
Total Revenue The value of transactions that have been processed at the time of viewing the dashboard.
Total Refunds / Credits The value of all refunds and credits combined that have been processed at the time of viewing the dashboard.
Total Failed Revenue The value of all failed transactions that have attempted to process at the time of viewing the dashboard.

Revenue Data

The 'Revenues' section helps you to expand on your analysis of your revenue, by allowing you to customise the date range you would like to view data for. You will also be able to further analyse data with use of the report layouts showcasing figures for the date range you have included.
